Can I return or exchange a gift?Updated 4 days ago

Of course—and even if they didn't include a gift receipt! It's our Good-Intentions Gift Policy. We'd like to offer you an exchange or credit.

If they shipped the gift directly to you, then there's a packing slip inside with the Order Number:  

  1. Email us with the Order # on the packing slip. 
  2. Let us know what you'd like to exchange it for—including which color—and we'll verify that it's still in stock. You can also opt for a credit for the current value of the gifted item.
  3. We'll email you a return-shipping label for the gifted item (don't worry, we'll cover the expense).
  4. Please pack your item carefully back into its original packaging, and mail it within 10 business days of receiving the return label. 
  5. Once we receive your item, we'll mail your exchange item or issue your credit.

If you don't have a gift receipt, please contact us with the name of the person who placed the order. Then, we can proceed with a return for credit or exchange as above.
