Can I return or exchange a gift?Updated 4 days ago
Of course—and even if they didn't include a gift receipt! It's our Good-Intentions Gift Policy. We'd like to offer you an exchange or credit.
If they shipped the gift directly to you, then there's a packing slip inside with the Order Number:
- Email us with the Order # on the packing slip.
- Let us know what you'd like to exchange it for—including which color—and we'll verify that it's still in stock. You can also opt for a credit for the current value of the gifted item.
- We'll email you a return-shipping label for the gifted item (don't worry, we'll cover the expense).
- Please pack your item carefully back into its original packaging, and mail it within 10 business days of receiving the return label.
- Once we receive your item, we'll mail your exchange item or issue your credit.
If you don't have a gift receipt, please contact us with the name of the person who placed the order. Then, we can proceed with a return for credit or exchange as above.
