The easiest way to find which size is best is to watch this video on how to measure for it:

You can also find your size by checking where your PANTS SIZE lands in the following ranges:
S = 28-32 pants
M = 32-36 pants
L = 36-40 pants
XL = 40-44 pants
XXL = 44-48 pants

If your pant size goes in-between ranges, we recommend that you size up.

The general rule of thumb is to add 2" to your pant size to find your actual waist circumference, and typically belts come in sizes like 28, 30, 32 etc.
